Martellato s cookie maker is an excellent machine for Baci di Dama (Lady s kisses) and for preparing pralines and marzipan.
For a correct use of the machine for pralines, roll out the dough and place it at the same height as the hole in the machine. Place the dough on the base of the ball machine and press the lid up to give shape to the stripes of dough. Then place the stripes horizontally. Finally, push the upper part down, sliding it to make pralines.
