This 5cm Half Sphere Silicone Mold is designed to realize refined individual portions like Hot Chocolate Bombs.
Perfect to be used in the oven, in the freezer or in the blast chiller for the preparation of pastries, mousses, appetizers, ice cream and savory creations.
It can also be used with chocolate. It makes the chocolate very easy to unmold and will provide a shiny look.
The mold is made from high quality food grade silicone, it resists to temperatures from -60°C to +230°C (-76°F to +446°F) and is dishwasher safe.
